He was brought up in Kensington and Chelsea along with his half-sister named Tracy Peacock. In terms of his relationship, he has been in a long relationship of 12 years with actress Olivia Poulet till 2010 and then got married to Sophie Hunter who is an opera and English theatre director. Both of them were friends before getting hitched in 2015 for 17 years. They together share 3 sons.
