The latest German horror movie, Old People, is just released on 7 October 2022 on Netflix. It is a fictional story based on a lady (Ella) and her two children (Noah and Laura). The movie tells the story that how old people felt when they are in a retirement home. Directed and written by Andy Fetscher, this entertainment piece is not like as expected. Because its plot is so fresh but written very badly.

Old People Ending Explained
We as children always see the lovable and kind side of our grandparents, but what happens when they become Zombies? The story tells exactly. The movie starts with the murder of a medical professional by an old man who lived in a retirement home. As when the story grows, you will be able to see that Ella (the protagonist) with her two children went back to her hometown for her sister, Sanna’s wedding. And there she stayed in her old home, where nobody lives. The story now develops with the scene where Ella goes to a retirement home to meet her father after so long and takes him back for the wedding. So, we have told you the story till Ella reached her hometown, but as the story develops, on the day when Sanna got married all the old people in a retirement home come out and started killing everyone like the Zombies (but they all are in control of the spirits). They first kill the bride and groom, Sanna and her husband, then they reached Ella’s house and tried to kill Ella, her children, her ex-husband, and Kim (her Ex-husband’s girlfriend), but somehow every time they managed to escape and they captured one of the old people, who were in control of an evil spirit. Now the twist comes, Kim did not like Ella, and she injured her and gives her to those old people who behave like thirsty zombies. But her ex-husband, Lukas managed to save her from them.
At the end of the movie, when Lukas died because of higher blood loss, Ella and her children decided to escape from an underground tunnel that connects their cottage (in which Sanna and her husband died) to their house (in which Ella stays). But in that tunnel, Ella was captured by them and they killed her brutally. Only Noah and Laura (Ella’s children) are still alive whereas the leader of all the old people (controlled by an evil spirit) grabbed Laura and was going to kill her, but she sang their family song and finally succeeded in melting his and Grandfather’s heart, afterward, her Grandfather killed him, and both the children with their Grandfather kept safe. Alex, Laura’s boyfriend, takes them from that town safely on a boat.
