The series has been produced by famous British film director and screenplay writer Steven Knight. 

Peaky Blinders has 6 seasons or a franchise that has been directed by different directors. The first season has been directed by Otto Bathurst and Tom Harper together. The second season has been directed by Colm McCarthy. The third season has been directed by Tim Mielants. Peaky Blinders first got launched on September 13, 2013, and it got telecasted till season 4 on BBC then it moved to BBC Two for the 4th and 5th seasons.

It has happened with several web or television series which may be the makers of the series do not want the same time to happen with this epic drama television series.
