Science Fell In Love So I Tried To Prove It Season 2 Release Date!

Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It is an anime adaptation of the manga carrying the same name. It is a rom-com anime but it doesn’t follow the usual plot of a rom-com anime, well on the very contradicting side the confession of love occurred in the first episode and in the very first scene. It’s based on a love story of two scientists working in the same lab who believes that everything that occurs on Earth needs analysis and holds a scientific reason behind it, so much so that they even go to the extent of using a weighing machine to measure the number of ingredients they need to cook a certain dish.

Calculations, data analysis, and logic are the only three things that their world revolves around. So when Himuro, a talented Scientist confesses her love for Yukimura, another passionate scientist who works in the same lab as her, both went out to do a number of “experiments” such as going on dates and other activities to prove that their love for each other is genuine. The series is extremely entertaining as it carries a fresh breeze to the genre with an entirely unique plot with unique characters.

Factual scientific knowledge mixed well with wholesome silly moments makes the series stand out more. Science Fell In Love So I Tried To Prove It Season 2 Story

Himuro and Yukimura work in the Ikeda lab along with Kanade, Ibarada, and Kosuke under the guidance of Professor Ikeda. Rikekuma is the mascot and narrator of the series who breaks the fourth wall to explains complicated scientific facts that are used within the series. Himuro and Yukimura are both in love with each other but they want to carry experiments to actually prove they are in love. Both are excellent scientists and they have the same wavelength of mindset when it comes to science and logic.

But Yukimura’s cool composure comes to rest whenever his awkwardness takes the best of him when he comes in close contact with Himuro. Himuro also gets flustered when she comes close to Yukimura but she acts more sensible and maintains her cool unless and until she intakes alcohol. At one time after success in Ikeda Lab, there was a celebration going on and Himuro took a lot of alcohol which resulted in her being so drunk that she was going on about how much she loves Yukimura, in front of everyone which is very unlikely of her.

Yukimura on the other hand even being flustered at the time kept a recording with him of the moment where she tells Yukimura how she loves him which he refused to delete even after being insisted on by Himuro. They went out on dates and tried a lot of experiments on each other like setting a proper mood, checking heartbeats at times, and much more involving others. Kanade on the other hand is a hard-working junior in the lab as well as the narrator at times of the series. Even though she is a junior, she acts as the mature one when it comes to romance and other practical life scenarios.

Ibarada the senior-most of the lab who spends most of her time playing video games or doing lab work is laid back yet supportive at times. She spends most of her time teasing Kousuke an Otaku yet the passionate but lazy guy who works in the same lab. Professor Ikeda is a supportive mentor to all of them who cares a lot for his dear students but doesn’t hold himself back from taking intense measures when it comes to discipline his students.

But however different and unique all of them are, they are all supportive and caring people. Each takes care of the other in their own way. All of the wholesome initiatives along with an interesting science-based plot, hilarious moments, and heart-throbbing romance make the anime a must-watch.
