The World Is Still Beautiful, also known as Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii, is a 2014 adventure and fantasy anime series. Although anime fans are familiar with it for its anime, the series is based on Dai Shiina’s manga, which was published between 2012 and 2020. Pierrot studio, which has worked on popular anime such as Black Clover and Yona of the Dawn, animated the anime.
Originally broadcast on Nippon TV, the series was later licensed by Sentai Filmworks and made available on Crunchyroll. The anime originally aired as 12 episodes from April 6, 2014, to June 29, 2014. It has been a long time since the anime’s first season, and it is worth noting that it is no longer as popular as it once was. It has a low Google search popularity and a Twitter following of only 7,000 people.

The World Is Still Beautiful Season 2 Story
The story begins with the Sun King, who has a tragic past. In the palace, his unloved mother was assassinated. The death of his mother destroys the king, who is devoted to her. When he ascends to the throne, he begins to vent his rage on other countries and proceeds to dominate the entire world.
Nike, the Rain Dukedom’s fourth daughter, is forced to marry the new Sun Kingdom king against her will. Although no one believes it, the Rain Dukedom’s royal lineage has the ability to summon rain. It doesn’t rain often in the Sun Kingdom.
Nike falls into the hands of bandits when she arrives at the port. She tries to catch them but passes out from hunger and exhaustion. In exchange for their kindness, the owner of an inn in the area assists her, and Nike offers to assist them with their daily chores. Meanwhile, when the bandits discover she is a princess, they attempt to kidnap her but inadvertently kidnap the innkeeper’s daughter instead.
When Nike realizes this, she uses her power to save the girl and sets out for the palace. Nike discovers that the king is younger than she is. He is, however, more mature for his age. With the arrival of Nike, the Sun King gradually changes and reveals his innocent, good-hearted nature.
Despite their age and height differences, Nike and the King will do anything for each other once they get used to each other; they will fight for their love.
