Tower of God Season 1 Official Trailer

S.I.U. wrote and created Tower of God, a South Korean manhwa that was launched as a webtoon. In June 2010, it has been transmitted on Naver Corporation’s webtoon network Naver Webtoon, with single episodes being collected and distributed by Young Com into eight volumes as of July 2021. Starting in July 2014, Line Webtoon began providing original English versions for Tower of God.

Telecom Animation Film adapted the web manhwa into an anime television series in Japan, which originally broadcast on Naver Season On in South Korea and then aired in Japan shortly after. It first aired in April and June of 2020. Crunchyroll authorized and broadcasted the anime’s Japanese telecast version on its streaming platform.

Tower of God Season 2 Release Date

In August 2020, the first season of ‘Tower of God’ came to a conclusion. Sadly, Crunchyroll has still yet to announce the launch date for season 2 or even announce if maybe the show will also be renewed.

Crunchyroll, on the other hand, has so far not canceled the show. There’s still a chance that season 2 will be released in the future. If Crunchyroll is planning on the second season of ‘Tower of God,’ people may expect it to premiere in December 2022. For the time being, though, this is only theory.

Tower Of God

Season 1 of Tower of God came to a pretty interesting conclusion. Bam was reunited with Rachel after making it all the way through the tower for her sake. Bam promised Rachel that he and his buddies would assist her in the Administrator’s Test, but Rachel betrayed him at the very last minute due to her own greed.

Her past was also flashed, showing how she exploited Bam to reach the tower and, as a matter of fact, threw Bam outside the protective layer, ultimately killing him.

Bam, on the other hand, is still alive and motivated as that to mount the Tower and look for answers for Rachel’s actions. And there are more hurdles in store for the determined Bam to face. In addition, Tower of God Season 2 would continue Bam’s dangerous quest to the top of the tower.

Tower of God Season 1 Story

Some of Rachel’s past is revealed in the season 1 finale. She thought the tower had summoned her, but when she came, Headon informed her that the tower had not summoned her and that she was too frail to enter. She begs for just about any possibility she can get to become extraordinary. Headon incapacitates her, and she looks as Bam approaches and defeats the first test. She feels envious of Bam and wishes to be unique. Headon puts her to a unique challenge, telling her that if she beats Bam with her own two hands, she would be permitted to ascend.

She wants a special weapon (because Bam was granted one in front of her), and Headon provides her with a bodyguard who will die in her place once, thereby giving her two lives. She makes her way through the tower, aware that she needs to kill Bam but powerless to do it. In her head, she grows increasingly envious, pleading with him to stay away from her. She is told that if she waits long enough and pays attention to the signs, she will be given the opportunity to murder him.

As a result, she lets herself be kidnapped by Hoh and does use the bodyguard to end up dead and then come back. She waited until Bam is wounded before pushing him into the Shinsu lake. When the others discover her alone, they inquire as to where Bam is, and she replies that the bull has arrived before passing out. Assuming Bam is vanquished, everyone agrees to help Rachel make it to the top as a favor to him. Rachel chuckles wildly in her room just after trials, and then hides her face, coming into conflict about what she’s carried but is motivated to reach the top.

Bam awakes terribly hurt in a deep cavern after everyone has left for the following level. Rachel pushed him, he recalls. In an attempt to discover his own solutions, he chooses to scale the tower.
