In the world of Urusei Yatsura, the story follows the adventures of AtaruMoroboshi, an incredibly unlucky human boy, whose life takes a wild turn when he encounters Lum, a beautiful space alien princess. Lum arrives on Earth in her UFO and chooses Ataru to play a game of tag with her. However, Ataru soon discovers that this seemingly innocent game has much higher stakes – if he fails to touch Lum’s horns within ten days, Earth will be taken over by aliens.

As Ataru navigates this bizarre predicament, he finds himself entangled in a series of supernatural encounters with various otherworldly beings.
