On May 25, 2012, an 11-minute video titled 1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick surfaced on Best Gore. The video showed a naked male tied to a bedframe being repeatedly stabbed with what looks like an ice pick, later found as a screwdriver.
He also used a knife to stab and dismember the body, followed by acts of necrophilia. In the video, the perpetrator uses a knife and fork to cut the flesh and lets a dog chew on the body. During the entire video, the famous song True Faith is played in the background.
The authorities found the more extensive videos and revealed that the perpetrator performed cannibalism. Materials promoting the video surfaced ten days before the murder on the channel. After murdering Jin, Luka booked a round ticket for a flight from Montreal to Paris using a passport in his name.

On May 26, 2012, an attorney from Montana attempted to report the video to Toronto Police, but the higher authorities dismissed the report. Soon, body parts of the naked male started surfacing in Canada. During the investigation, a janitor discovered Jin’s torso with some bloody clothes and some papers identifying the suspect.
