Transformers franchise is a successful film developer like Marvel cinemas which started from an anime and enlarged to movies. Megatron is a character from the Transformer franchise who is a machine that could be considered a robot. Why Did Megatron Turn Evil?
Megatron is one of the most interesting characters of the Transformers series even though he was in the opposition. It is often said the success of any movie or series will be based on the strength of the villain. The stronger the villain is the same will be the outlook of the show. Likewise, Megatron is considered the ruthless character of the Transformers who never shows mercy on anyone else. It never matters the person in front of him is a friend or foe, all that matters is that victory must be on his side. But he was never the person as of now at the beginning.
Megatron was one of the best of its kind and the most suitable candidate to become the ruler of the Cybertron. At some point in time, he lost track of who he was in search of fame and power. Consequently, he became a fallen angel and started a war against his people led by Optimus Prime. His anger toward Optimus never calmed down while efforts were made to cool the situation down. Nevertheless, nothing changes and he was trapped on the ice bed of earth after he fell from space. If he could have calmed himself without working against his adopted brother Optimus, Megatron might have ended at the position of Lord High Protector of Cybertron.

Decepticons and Autobots were two kinds of robots that were living peacefully in the city of Cybertron. Getting greedy after finding the growth of his adopted brother Optimus Prime, Megatron and his supporters fought a war to capture the city. Seriously getting destroyed both the groups extended their war to Earth where transformers some of the Autobots groups determined to protect the earth.

The United States government had another agenda after they found that those robots had been using some incredible technology known as the All Sparks. Some civilians also join hands with the transformers to expel the Decepticons from the earth.
Which Was the Best Version Megatron or Galvatron?
In Transformers, most people often get confused when it comes to determining Megatron and Galvatron. What we need to understand is that both of them are the same. But both of them have some differences as well. To understand this on a deeper level, we should know the history behind both these characters. In an encounter in which both of them got severely injured Optimus Prime surrendered to death at the hands of Megatron. Megatron on the other hand got equally destroyed but was revived after Unicorn gave him some modifications. This led to the rebirth of Megatron into a new robot named Galvatron. Galvatron was more stronger and deadly than Megatron in terms of the Sparks used. More advanced inventory was used during the development of Galvatron.

In the fierce battle that took place between Optimus and Megatron, Megatron was severely damaged by Optimus Prime. While Prime died after Megatron fired that canon against prime, he had also done the same plenty of times. Moreover, Megatron was defeated many times by Optimus and many times leading to his death. Sam also killed Megatron using the Sparks cube once by inserting the All Sparks through his body. However, he was helped and as a result revived multiple times and emerged victorious against Optimus Prime. After becoming a Galvatron it was Magnus after a tough fight that defeated the giant after all.
