When Vetri’s second target also dies, the investigative officials realize someone from the outside is helping them. We also see Vetri and his wife Angel’s backstory. When Angel died, she was pregnant, and Dr. Salim Rahman performed her autopsy. Bhadra and ACP Vishal understand something is wrong with the report since it says Angel died because of blood loss, and they find her heart is missing.
A heart surgeon like Salim Rahman should not perform on her. The backstory revealed Dr. Rahman transferred Angel’s heart to a wealthy patient and sent her baby away.
