The award-winning manga which is being adapted into an anime is finally released. The series written by Hiroshi Seko is a story that is happening in a timeline of 1997 where the Soviet Union is still there and nuclear weapons have been eaten by the devils who eat them and now there are no more weapons now. The story is based on the place where Devils are born who are dangerous to the world. However, humans have the chance to get into a contract with the devils and utilize their power.
