Story of Murder Mubarak 

The Royal Delhi Club is renowned for its exceptional hospitality, opulent events, and famous patrons. The Angrez built the club, which is currently frequented by people who carry on the racist, classist, and discriminatory practices that are evocative of the society that existed before independence. A cold-blooded murder occurs within the club, and when ACP Bhavani Singh (Pankaj Tripathi) assumes command and uses his carefree demeanour to investigate every aspect of this heinous crime, chaos ensues. He questions every single person who comes to the club because it’s an opulent escape from their ordinary lives outside.

The unpredictable nature of “Murder Mubarak” is also one of its strongest points. The majority of the time, director Homi Adajania and his writing team—Anuja Chauhan, Gazal Dhaliwal, and Suprotim Sengupta—succeed in confusing the audience by employing every conceivable twist. Adajania makes sure that the suspense is kept under wraps for a very long time, from the intentions of these flawed people to the small clues that are dropped. Adajania and his writers manage to do honour to each character by providing them considerable screen time and unique characteristics, even though having so many characters also smacks of desperation. The way the screenplay progresses and the character introduction, in the beginning, are both entertaining. It maintains your interest.

Murder Mubarak is a fascinating blend of mystery and humour that honours the traditional whodunit genre. The film, which was directed by Homi Adajania, features an amazing cast whose roles bring the story to new levels. Situated in the city centre, the Royal Delhi Club emanates an air of exclusivity and sophistication, fit only for the upper echelons of society. For the wealthiest few in the city, the club acts as a retreat where elegance and affluence coexist harmoniously.

But one fateful evening, amid the glittering crowd assembled for a renowned event, a murder takes place, shattering the peaceful ambience of the club. ACP Bhawani Singh (Pankaj Tripathi), an experienced detective renowned for his keen wit and unshakable commitment to justice, has been tasked with sifting through the complex web of lies and intrigue surrounding the murder. Under the glitzy exterior of the club, ACP Singh discovers a network of betrayal, long-standing resentment, and jealousy as he makes his way through the maze of lies and deceit.

Murder Mubarak is still a compelling and enjoyable movie from beginning to end, nevertheless, thanks to the outstanding performances of the full ensemble cast. The fact that Pankaj Tripathi is billed above Sara Ali Khan and Vijay Varma demonstrates how forward-thinking Bollywood has evolved in recent years.
