Skip Beat Season 2 Story
The story of the show revolves around Kyoko Mogami, a 16 years old girl, who is in love with her childhood friend, Shotaro Fuwa. However, he betrays her. Shotaro did not like the idea of taking over his parents’ business as he wants to pursue a career in music. For this, he asks Kyoko to run away with him to Tokyo leaving her family and her studies behind. In Tokyo, she does everything she can do to help Sho without even caring about herself. He eventually becomes one of the most known celebrities in Japan. One day, she overhears Sho talking to his manager about her where he said that Kyoko is just a boring and simple girl and they don’t really have a future together. Moreover, he, then, flirts with her manager.
Kyoko learns that he only wanted her for housekeeping duties. However, she did not shed many tears for him but decided to avenge herself. For this, she knew she would have to become a bigger celebrity than him. She changed her look and entered into entertainment industry where she had to face many struggles. However, it turns out she always loved acting and continues to develop as a person and an actress.
